Model, producer, and Emmy Award nominated American actor, Brooklyn native Jack Scalia began his career as pro-baseball player. Later he joined the Ford Modeling Agency and became known as the famous “Jordache Jeans Man.” Mr. Scalia’s first acting role was in Star Maker and continued a very successful acting career starring in thirteen television series.

In 2002, Mr. Scalia received an Emmy Award nomination for his role in All My Children. Mr. Scalia’s other credits include his role in Judith Krantz’s “I’ll Take Manhattan” and Jackie Collins’ “Lady Boss” for which he was nominated for the Critics Award for Best Actor in a miniseries. A career high was starring as the lead in a Pulitzer nominated play Red River Rats.

In 2009, Mr. Scalia spent 2 1/2 months in Afghanistan with the troops, while shooting the film “The Black Tulip”. He also tour the country speaking at military bases, sharing his story concerning Family Abuse, Substance Abuse, and Suicide Prevention. Mr. Scalia currently resides in Los Angeles and has two daughters, Olivia and Jacqueline.
