GRAND JUNCTION, COLORADO — Rodger Holmes is one of 15 veterans that will be moving into St. Martin Place on Friday. “For about a year I have been homeless,” Holmes said. “And it’s been an experience which I would not trade for anything because I’ve learned so much about myself and about life.”

Interviews Presbyterian Night Shelter-Ft. Worth, Texas

I had the honor of interviewing some folks at PNS in Ft. Worth, yesterday and today. We discussed I Am Waters bottled water, and how it made them feel physically and spiritually. We’ll post the video interviews soon. One of the questions I asked the homeless women, men and children I interviewed,”What is your dream for your life?”

The most common answer was “To help others. To give back and be of service to those less fortunate”

It warms my heart and fills it with hope to hear such a beautiful response from people who have nothing. The American spirit is alive. God bless the American homeless.
